We begin your re-design process by reviewing current material, research findings and proposed Information Architecture (IA). We then consult with internal (and external if required) stakeholders to analyse the primary and secondary functions a user requires from your application.

Identifying what each user group requires from the website will determine the framework, and - in-turn - how the interface is designed.
Long before our creatives get their digital paint brushes anywhere near things, we map out wire-frames to quickly decide on navigational hierarchy and identify functionality priorities so that key business and usability objectives are met.
Once the UX process is complete, our designers will bring the concept to life in line with your brand strategy. This includes designing a series of concepts outlining our approach to the look and feel, general page layout, form design, page structure and navigation systems.
